Default Pvp Mm?

i know mm are heavily looked down on in pvp due to lack of corpses. i was wondering if anyone sorta had a build that used minions in pvp (16 death) but also had some damage skills to use so you weren't worthless without a corpse. so i guess it would be some sort of hybrid build or something.

MM'ing in pvp is perfectly fine. You'll find plenty of MM's in Alliance battles and Fort aspenwood (not sure about Jade quarry). You'll also find that about 90% of them are N/mo's with Flesh golem and go down reaally easy

MM'ing in pvp requires almost an entire different build than a pve mm. First off, high defense/healing is a must. Goin in without Taste of death = deathtrap. You're not fighting mindless npc's anymore. I've tried to get people to get ToD in their skillbar but apparently killing 1 minion is so horrible. Dark bond/Infuse condition are also really important. I've found that just about any 'sin can mop the floor with the average N/mo.

I've never used Golem in pvp cause I can either get unlimited uses of ToD using Jagged bones, or take half dmg and cut sac'ing in half with Aura of the Lich.

MM'ing in pvp can be pretty damn hard, cause once your minion count goes up, enemy players will start hunting for you, and that's where the need for high defense comes in.

I agree MM in pvp is fine, in 4 on 4 im going to say your pushing it, but in large scale pvp you energy and body count can be at a good lvl. now you said you wanted to do some damage so you are not totaly useless and my tip for you is don't take Flesh golem then. Don't get me wrong fesh golem is an awsome skill but if you want to deal some damage take another Death {E} skill like
--discord 5 energy cast time 1 recharge 2 seconds
(If target foe is suffering from a Condition and under the effects of a hex or an enchantment, that foe suffers 15-75 damage)

with rot/shambling and Vile Miasma you can heal deal a good amount of damage and even kill people with out spending a hole lot of energy.Combine that with eather bone fiends or vamps or any of the other summons and you will still beable to use Dark Bond and taste of death with no problem.

Taste of death is a great skill 420 hp worth of healing is just awsome for killing off one worthless minion pluss if you run a hight soul reaping it pays out alot of energy. Malign Intervention can also be used on targets that are about to die to summon some more minions and get away with having 10 already with you. It can also work with Discord.

another thing you can try is Rising Bile for the 120 damage after 30 seconds. Its not something alot of people enjoy useing but it can really sneak up on people and even kill other minion groups pritty fast.

death magic really shines as a MM/ Damage helper and body control in pvp on a stand alone type. if you really want to help out you can try using your MM build as not a Minion spammer but as something like a minion bomber with tanted flesh as a way to spread condtions around the battle field.
Well of the Profane can be used for a number of ways to set protected zones aganst dervishes and enchant heavy targets.

Fetid Ground, Rising Bile ,Bitter Chill along with tanted flesh can really help on the battle field in dealing killer bows.
try a few of these out keep in mind what Cathode Reborn said and im sure you can cook up something.

PvP means player vs player. Basically you kill the other player.
On the other hand to make minions, you need corpses.

So... to kill the other player you need to kill him.

GG circular argument. That's why there are no dedicated MM in pvp. At the most you'll see a couple of minions spells just to fuel off massive necros' soul reaping.
